#9: NCAA Prez Emmert has listed his waterfront home in Clinton, WA for $2.6M. Around an hour from Seattle, over 3.2K square feet, four bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, two fire pits & killer views from Whidbey Island. The Realtor.com piece says Emmert also sold a home in Sonoma, CA last year for a pending deal price of $3.2M. (link)
