A Screening & Discussion of "Resilience"

Dear friends of Freedom Communities,

Join us Wednesday, January 23, from 6:30–8:30 p.m., at Warehouse 242 [2307 Wilkinson Boulevard], for an exclusive showing of the renowned documentary "Resilience"—a film that explores individual and community outcomes of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) and toxic stress. Diving deep into this content area was a key recommendation of Charlotte's Opportunity Task Force.*

Freedom Communities has partnered with our friends from Warehouse Talks and the Charlotte Resilience Project to co-sponsor this important event.

The evening will include viewing the film, a panel discussion that includes local and national experts, and an opportunity to understand your own ACES score. Pre-event entertainment provided by The Harvey Cummings Band, and appetizers provided by Toucan Louie's.

[Sorry, no childcare available for this event].
Follow this event on Facebook.

We look forward to seeing you soon, and learning more together.
