Life at Redeemer | News & Announcements [Including A Weather Update]

Life at Redeemer contains important announcements, details on upcoming events, and other pertinent information related to all that is happening in the life of Redeemer Church.

The forecast for this weekend is still not certain, but the anticipation is not only much colder temperatures on Sunday morning, but the possibility of some ice and snow.

With that said, we are still planning to hold our regular services, Discipleship Studies, and Sunday School classes. Should anything change, we will be communicating those details in several different places: email, our public Facebook Page & Twitter, as well as our website at RedeemerTN.org.

As always, we ask you make the best decisions for you and your family on Sunday based on the conditions where you live. Stay tuned for additional details.

January 20 - 3:30pm

Our New Member Class is the next step toward church membership at Redeemer. The class is designed to share who we are as a congregation, ways to connect at Redeemer, what it means to be a church member, and invite you to covenant with us. We do ask your RSVP. To do so, please email Emmie Seals. Childcare can be provided upon request.

Missed last week’s Missions Lunch & Learn?

The Redeemer Missions Team held a pizza lunch after church last week to share Redeemer's vision for missions and opportunities to get involved. If you are interested in serving in missions or would just like to learn more about missions, please complete this survey. Someone from the Missions Team will be in touch with you after you submit it. Please contact Spencer or Kari Essenpreis should have you have any questions.

January 27 - 5:00pm

Redeemer Kids will be hosting a Parent/Child Discipleship Class on January 27 beginning at 5pm. Our Kids Ministry Director, Meghan Dukes, will be facilitating a class to discuss how to disciple your kids. A few of the things that we will be touching on include:

how to help your kids study scripture
how to help your child get more out of our worship gatherings
how to use various tools that are provided by Redeemer

Sunday Morning Schedule

2 Worship Services: 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Infant-Pre-K: Classes will be offered in both hours. Kids will stay in class for both hours.
K-5th Grade: Classes will be offered in both hours. K-5th grade attend class during one hour and worship with parents the other hour.
Students (6th-12th Grade): Class is offered during the 10:30am hour only in the modular building. Students should attend worship with their family at 9:00 a.m.
Adults: A Discipleship Study will be offered during each hour in the modular building. Adults will attend class one hour and worship the other hour.
- 9am - Stephen Carlson is teaching Part 2 of a verse-by-verse exposition of 1st Corinthians.
- 10:30am - Josh Hayes & Ben Morrow are teaching through Gospel Foundations, a study to help you understand the essential doctrines of our faith, show you how all the Scriptures point to God’s plan to rescue us from sin through Jesus, and inspire you to join Him in His mission of seeking and saving the lost.
