Titan Auction!!

Tickets go on sale soon!! 

Planning for the Ed Foundation Titan Auction is underway.  The auction will be held on February 2nd at the Mission Mill from 5-9pm. 

The Choir Booster Board invites anyone who wants to join us as we prepare for this awesome fundraising event.  Ultimately, we need all of you to help make this the best auction ever.

Concert Reviews are due January 18th!


Students - the concert review form is on westsalemchoir.org or you can pick one up in the classroom.  Please read and follow directions on the program before you attend a concert. 

Please turn these in early if possible.

All City auditions are next week!  Please see the following links for information.  

We will allow some time for rehearsal in class for the auditions, but additional practice needs to be on the student's time.

Canada Trip News



May 23-27,2019

CT and Asteria will be attending a festival over Memorial Day Weekend 2019.  Information was emailed.  Monthly payments due on the first Monday of each month through May thereafter.

Parents/Guardians interested in chaperoning this trip:  
Chaperone applications will be available on the website sometime this week. 
Chaperones do not pay for their travel and hotel. 


   
Student accounts are updated. 

January payment for CT/Asteria Canada trip is due this week!


Simply said, it cannot be done without you.
Please help us continue the successes of our exemplary music
program by volunteering.

Choir Clothing Closet

Please consider donating outgrown clothing to our Choir Clothing Closet.  We welcome black dress pants and both men's and women's black shoes.  Donated items will be made available to students in need of them.
Please contact Mrs. McConnell for assistance or donations.
