I missed you! I wish you all the best for 2019!
New year, same spirit but new plans. It starts strong here at Vestpod HQ. The first draft of the Vestpod book is [almost] done that means I can start spending more time building the community again!
If there are two things you could do to start 2019:
1/ Take a piece of paper and write 10 things you want to do this year. My overall goal this year is all about being more MINDFUL: enjoying the present moment, trying things, failing, moving on quickly, celebrating often, having fun. For this, I’m going to attempt to:
- meditate twice daily
- do yoga twice a week
- drop my phone when with the kids and switch if off at 8pm until 8am
- see Tony Robbins
- spend more time with family and friends
- nurture my relationships / network
- prepare my moodboard
- stay sane while publishing and promoting a book!
- write daily (whatever it is…)
- read read read
2/ Read Michelle Obama’s Becoming. It’s so good.
We are preparing the calendar for 2019 but expect more workshops, bookclubs, online webinars and Vestpod Series breakfasts!
