Dear Colleague,
 
We look forward to seeing you this Friday, January 11, for the community engagement forum, “Building Blocks for Impactful Community Engagement toward Health Equity”. We are so pleased that you are presenting your work during our poster session. The agenda for the day is attached to this e-mail.  Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and forum events start at 9:00 a.m. Coffee, tea and light snacks will be served
beginning at 8:30 a.m. 
 
The forum is taking place in the University of South Alabama Student Center Ballroom (second floor, room number 210).  Please have your poster set up before 8:45 a.m. the morning of the 11th. As a reminder, the poster dimension size is 3’10” x  3’10”. We will have push pins available for your convenience. The Ballroom will be open from 3:30 pm to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 10th, if you would like to set-up prior to the event.  If you need assistance with setting up your poster, please contact our team.
