I'm writing to let you know the net meditation retreat day will take place onSaturday 2 February 2019; 10am to 3pm, at the Bodyworks yoga studio, 4578 Harvard, Montreal (NDG); cost $60. Feel free to pass this info on to friends who may be interested in coming and starting the New Year off in a good way, too.
Registration
You can register for the retreat day
by going to the meditation page on my website and paying the registration fee of $20 (with the rest due on the day), or paying the full fee for the day of $60;
sending an interac payment to bubeckgrace@gmail.com of either the registration fee or the full fee, with a note that you're registering for the retreat.
If you're paying just the registration fee, the rest of the fee ($40) is due on the day of the retreat.To see the cancellation policy, please check the meditation page on my website.
About the meditation retreat day
Meditation retreat days are like a 'spa for the soul', helping you relax deeply and connect with yourself more fully. More practically, here are details about how the day unfolds: The day is spent in silence, with different kinds of meditation (silent, heart-based, walking, 'just being' e.g.), some chanting, and a silent lunch during the lunch break. After lunch, there is often a period for resting deeply and receiving healing. The retreat day helps you find your way back to the silence, peace and love that you are.
