Hear from presenters Lauren Zullo from Jonathan Rose Companies and Michael Freedberg from HUD as they discuss how to add temporary staffing capacity that can change the trajectory of your portfolio’s performance.

During this Open Call we will:
- Hear how BBC partner Jonathan Rose Companies shaped its sustainability internship program including hiring criteria, management structure, and associated deliverables.
- Look at sustainability fellowship programs, including EDF Climate Corps, Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellowship, and CivicSparks fellowships.
- Engage in dialogue with your BBC partner peers and program management.
Spotlight on Partner Successes
LINC Housing in California has installed smart thermostats at its Mosaic Gardens at Pomona property, allowing the organization to collect and analyze unit by unit energy performance data to improve building performance and reduce operating costs. Once results of this pilot project have been analyzed, LINC will determine whether to extend the pilot to other properties.
