Buyer Alert!
The market is ready for buyers to engage. Current inventory levels are higher than last year at this same time. There are more homes for buyers to pick from as a result of the market becoming more balanced. Beat the spring rush and the pressure that time of year in the market can bring. Interest rates are slated to rise to approximately 5.5% by year end. If you're on the fence about buying, call me to discuss your cares, concerns, current living situation, and end goal. Ever considered an investment property?
Now's the time. With the employment boom in the Puget Sound area, there are many people relocating from other states. The need for single family residential rentals continues to be on the rise. Some of those relocating may only plan to be here a few years or are unsure of the area they would choose to purchase in the immediate. This contributes to a greater demand for quality rentals. Call me for a list of homes available and to discuss your options.

Maintenance Tips

Freezing temps are here, and with that comes freezing pipes! To prevent freezing pipes, take a moment to detach and store all outdoor hoses and spend a few dollars on insulated faucet covers. Taking these steps now will prevent costly damage and repairs that happen when pipes freeze. You’ll be glad you did it!
