Happy New Year!

I'm back in the chair and underway for 2019. I enjoyed a great short break away and got a little bit of everything done including a bit of a rework in the counselling room with a new desk and bookshelf! The feng-shui is much better already. ;-)
 
How was your break?

It can be a turbulent time for many reasons, and one thing is for sure, the time comes and goes quickly and you can easily find yourself mid-way through January feeling a bit lost, and frustrated if you feel you haven't had time to relax or do the things you wanted to do.

This can include setting new goals, connecting with your partner / family, making changes, and clearing the decks of clutter (both physical and mental).
