Join us for our annual Trench Day on January 19th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., an intimate beer festival held every year in January to celebrate the release of our Mariana Trench® Imperial Stout. This 10% alcohol by volume stout is brewed with cocoa and vanilla to round out the heft of dark roasted malts used to craft this award-winning beer. Mariana Trench won Gold in the Imperial Stout category at the 2014 Best Florida Beer Competition, BeerAdvocate magazine said “Mariana Trench holds our taste buds firm and slaps them around with roasted lushness,” and the Palm Beach Post declared it the Beer of the Year in 2015.

During the three hour event, guests will be able to sample over 30 different beers; from the return of beers we haven’t brewed in years, to new beers that may never see a draft line again. In addition, attendees will receive a 22oz bottle of Mariana Trench® Imperial Stout, and be first to access limited bottle runs of Java Mariana Trench Imperial Stout, and Oaked Mariana Trench Imperial Stout.

Only 300 tickets will be available for this intimate beer event. Tickets allow access to unlimited sampling of all beers poured on site from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Savoury Eats Kitchen will be serving up delicious food for attendees, available a la carte.

This is a 21 and older event. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter. No pets, sorry fido!

Girl Scout Cookie Pairing
January 24th - 27th

Our popular Girl Scout Cookie pairing returns this year for four days... yes, four glorious days at the end of January. Plus a Girl Scout will be onsite on Saturday offering all of the delicious cookie flavors for sale.

Thursday - Sunday, January 24th - 27th: $8 (+tax) Cookie Pairing Flight, which will include 3 beers expertly paired by our brewers with 3 cookies.

No advance tickets, simply order the Cookie Flight at the bar (3 cookies + 3 5oz beer tasters) starting at 11 a.m. every day, 1/24 through 1/27. There is a very slight chance we might run out of cookies by Sunday afternoon. We apologize to anyone who might possibly miss out on this delicious experience and ask that you don't get all cookie monster on us.

Saturday, January 26 - 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.: A Girl Scout will be onsite offering a variety cookies for sale. You can create your own pairings and enjoy your cookies while you build your own flight.

Wine Bar Now Open

Though we focus on brewing beer week in and week out, we sometimes like to pop open a bottle of wine.

Open Thursdays through Saturdays from 5 p.m. to close, The Wine Bar at Due South is a calm and relaxing space just off our main taproom that features nineteen different wines to enjoy by the bottle with many available by the glass.

Come out and enjoy an evening with our wine-tender Sara, and try the more intimate side of Due South.

When Irma blew through South Florida, one nun in Miami made it her mission to clear debris. This is our tribute to those who had to do what's necessary in the face of adversity. This IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Amarillo, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops. Available on draft and in cans for you to enjoy at home.

Poinsettias and Palm Trees
5% ABV
A Brut cranberry ale. This deliciously light beer is easy drinking with a great cranberry character. Limited cans are available to take home!
