Check-In for Spring 2019 is Now Open

Registrar's Office Front Desk
During check-in, you will be asked to acknowledge critical university documents and update your personal information. Learn how to complete the check-in process.
CHECK-IN ONLINE NOW
If you have not already done so, please check in by January 28th at 11:59 p.m.
If you don't check-in:
  • You risk losing financial support (loans, tuition & stipend grants cannot be processed for non-registered students)
  • You will be assessed non-reversible late fees 
  • Your ID will no longer be active and you will not have access to any Harvard services (library, athletics, dining, housing, etc.)
  • You will not have access to UHS health insurance
  • Your federal student loans will go into repayment
  • International students will risk losing their visa
Any student that completes check-in after the deadline will incur a $50.00 Late Check-In Fee.

Update your Contact Information in MessageMe

Please sign in to MessageMe to confirm that your contact information and communications preferences are accurate. Harvard will use this system to notify you in the event of a campus emergency.
Complete the Family Information Form

Please review your Family Information Form to make sure your family's contact information is up to date. This will ensure your family receives important communications from the College.
Update Your Personal Information and Emergency Contacts

The Personal Information tab allows you to view and edit the University’s official record of your name, address, phone number, email, emergency contact, and missing person contact.

Curricle is a new tool developed by the metaLAB (at) Harvard that you can use to find your Spring 2019 classes! Explore the Harvard curriculum through engaging visualizations, search courses by keywords, and plan your semester schedule. Curricle is beta testing in Spring 2019, so please provide feedback.

The my.Harvard Knowledge Center provides instructions to help you learn how to check-in, add/drop courses, and much more.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-4:00pm

We are located on the Fourth Floor of the Smith Campus Center. You are always welcome to stop by for assistance checking in, registering for courses, or making your way through Harvard.

Students who fail to check-in by this date will be charged Late Check-In fees of $50.

Course Registration Deadline

Spring term course registration is due by 11:59pm. Any student that submits their registration after this deadline will incur a charge of $40.00 per week until the registration is submitted.
