Friday, January 11 is National Human Trafficking Awareness Day

DID YOU KNOW…
  • Trafficking is a form of modern day slavery and takes in more revenue than any other industry. Global organizations estimate between 30-40 million people are in bondage today.
  • Sexual exploitation is often found in sexually oriented businesses where 89% of women say they want to leave but do not have the means.
  • DFW is one of the major hubs of trafficking in the US. In DFW, Irving has been identified as having the highest amount of sexually oriented businesses.
IBC partners with ministries like Cherished and Valiant Hearts, allowing us to help offer a safe and confidential support system. Join us on Sunday, February 10 to raise awareness and break the chains of injustice for women who have been sexually exploited. Learn more about our partners »

God Reveals | We Respond
Women's Bible Study, Tuesdays January 15 - April 2, 9:30 a.m or 6:30 p.m.

Anger. Fear. Joy. Sadness. Shame. Praise. These are just some of the emotions captured in ancient Israel’s book of prayer, the Psalms. They are real prayers written by real people experiencing real life in real ways. In this eleven-week study on the book of Psalms, we’ll experience how God uses these prayers to lovingly reveal himself to us. And in turn, we’ll use the Psalms as both a guide and language for our response to God. God reveals, we respond, and through it all, we grow in prayer—the art of conversation with God. Please join us!  Learn more and register »
