Pastor Jasmine Ford, Founder of Ruwach En Jasmine, is an inspirational speaker, praise team singer, homeschool advocate and an ordained praise dance minister. She has performed professionally in NYC, Dallas, LA and toured nationally with Tyler Perry. She was the first African-American to win the coveted title of Miss Fort Worth in the Miss Texas/Miss America Pageant. As the Resident Choreographer at the Potter's House/Dallas; her dance productions have been featured on WFAA Ch. 8, TBN, BET, Woman Thou Art Loosed International Conference, The WORD Network, and Daystar. Currently, she is the Director of Ruwach Dance Studios in Long Beach, CA and the Director of the Anaheim Coves Classical Conversations homeschool campus.
After praying for God to hand-select a husband for her, Jasmine met and married her amazing husband, Pastor Patrick, without ever having to date him. The book, the Criminal & The Queen, is a first-hand account and devotional of this experience. In the middle of living a life of crime, Pastor Patrick had a Saul-to-Paul-on-the-road-to-Damascus-experience when he got saved in June 2004 on a prison room floor.
