Our weekly classes are at the heart of Root, so before we dig into upcoming workshops and special events, we want to highlight a few changes & additions to the schedule:
- Seva Sunday — A donation-based class with rotating teachers, 4:30-5:30 p.m.
- Sunday Evening with Leah — Chakra Flow, 6-7 p.m.; Yin & Meditation, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
- Tuesday Evening Foundations with Christine Kathryn — 5:30-6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday Early-Bird Practice with Megan — Wake Up Form & Flow, 6-7 a.m.
- Questions of Yoga Practice with Adam — Wednesdays in February, 1-2 p.m.
