Top Tip!
Did you know you can enable your clients to retrieve their messages at anytime?
If you tick 'Enable Email Retrieval' within a contact's Message Handling options, they can then email a designated email address and immediately receive their messages for a specified period of time.
We recommend you setup a new email account for this purpose, then configure within nCall by going to View > Admin Options > Message Centre, double-clicking a Message Centre setting and then navigating to the Email Requests tab*.
