District 100 Toastmasters updates 

Excellence E-Letter

Assist a local club achieve distinguished status and become a stronger club by serving as their Club Coach! When their club achieves Distinguished status before June 30, 2020 you will receive District Leader Service Credit (equivalent to serving as an Area Director) in addition to Club Coach Credit which you can apply toward your DTM Award.  

Show your community the benefits of Toastmasters by hosting a Club Open House!  Build your base membership by 2, 4 or 6 members and earn rewards for your club.

Missed the last two officer trainings?  Fear not!  Two more District sponsored events are available to provide you the latest information on how to serve your club with excellence.  February 2 at Caltech and February 9 at PIH Whittier following the ADvantage Workshop.  Club Officer training is also available at Learning Lab and after the Division Council Meetings.

Four free courses designed especially for you to increase your mastery of networking, communications, and relationships. We've gathered expert trainers and leaders from our area to present their expertise and expand your skill levels in four in-depth workshops.

• Cold walks/cold talks - Julie Broady, DTM, PDD District 1
• Professional engagement - David Kitchen, DTM, PDD District 1
• Building successful relationships - Karen Lucas, DTM, PDD District 100
• Conflict resolution - Charley Patton, DTM, PDD District 5

Followed by Club Officer Training 4-6pm
