Chapter messages to say thank you and farewell to our amazing friends at CLAIR
Dear JETAA Chapter Leaders,
Soon we will have to say farewell to Kotaro (Tony) Kashiwai and Shigeru Fukutomi because it is time for them to return to Japan. I know you all have very fond memories working with them the past two years while they have been supporting JETAA USA and Canada. On behalf of JETAA USA I am creating a thank you book for each of them and I am hoping all chapters will want to participate by including a message and photos. This year I am asking all chapters to make their own single page (8"x8"). The albums I have purchased have sleeves so I can slide your chapter page into the book. E-mail pages to Monica at monica.yuki@jetaausa.com by Monday, February 18th. If you can not design your own page, no problem! Send me 3 photos and a farewell message and I will create something with your logo similar to the image below.
Each chapter gets ONE full page size 8"x8 for EACH person leaving. There are TWO separate books. On for Kotaro and another for Shigeru.
Include chapter Logo, message, any photos of your chapter and hopefully a photo with the person you are saying farewell to.
Pages are due Monday, February 18th. This is a very hard deadline because I need to print and get these books to them before they ship all their stuff back to Japan.
If you don't have a photo with them check the JETAA USA Facebook albums because I might have taken a photo of you with the CLAIR staff OR just include photos of your chapter at a local event.
