Don't forget to check on your neighbors...

It's still cold weather and snow storm season, which means that it's more important than ever to check on your neighbors. Bad weather can introduce challenges for older adults or people with mobility challenges. Transportation providers are also unable to help people getting out of their house to a vehicle if someone has a snowy walk or an icy driveway. This is the time of year where isolation becomes more prominent, so please take a moment to stop in and say "Hey" to your neighbor!

The Norway Police Department offers a free program called "Project Sand Box." A salt/sand mixture will be delivered to older Norway residents homes to help maintain walkways and stairs to keep them safe!

Call 743-5303 to schedule your delivery today!
Healthy Oxford Hills has created a monthly Stall Talk made available to schools & other organizations to educate the community on tobacco and substance use issues.
