2019-20 School Year: Lutz Preparatory School K-8 Intent to Return for All Current K-7th Grade Students - DID YOU GET AN OVERDUE EMAIL NOTICE?
Thank you to those families who completed their intent to return on time.
Overdue notices have been emailed to those families who did not complete the Intent to Return by Thursday night's deadline. Please save our staff time and complete ASAP if you have a notification. Please DO NOT call/email the school asking for a confirmation of your receipt. Confirmations are built into the last page of the online form. If you made a mistake or did not complete the form, our staff will contact you until we have 100% of the intents complete.
The completion of these forms 3 times each year is required by all current families to continue your enrollment at Lutz Preparatory. Confirming each student's intent (to return or to transfer to another school) will allow us to accurately account for our 2019-20 student enrollment.
You must complete ONE Intent to Return form for EACH STUDENT currently enrolled at Lutz Preparatory School in grades K-7. Eighth grade students do not need this form completed as they are transitioning to high school.
You will need your student's 7 digit Hillsborough County ID to complete this form. If you do not know your student's ID please send an email to admissions@lutzprep.org to request it.
Deadline for submission was Thursday, January 17, 2019 at midnight.

Over 500 students from 44 Hillsborough County schools participated in the 2018-2019 National PTA Reflections art program, Students of all abilities created original works of art in the medium of their choice (dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts) reflecting on a specific theme which changes annually.
