Registration is Open!

This year's conference is Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. Great teams know what it means to have a home field advantage. We will build ours by strengthening the pillars of our community - Hospitality, Liturgy, Stewardship, Social Justice, and Formation - through engaging talks and workshops. Don’t miss this half day conference as, together, we continue building a home field advantage where we can know, love and serve God more as Christian Disciples in Mission who are Living Beyond Sunday through the Beatitudes. Childcare is available (but fills up fast) and lunch is included! Get more information and register now at stpatcc.org/homefield.

Habitat is Hungry! - Our build for January 19 at the Don Carlos, Tempe location is currently without provisions for lunch for the workers. There are approximately 30 workers who would greatly appreciate sustenance to keep them working to complete this home. If you can help, please contact Habitat@stpatcc.org with your information. Thank you!
Join a Fun Run! - The Shamrocks Running Club welcomes runners of all abilities, and their supporters, into a community that is faith-filled, positive, and supportive of each athlete and their goals. Check it out at our first Fun Run on January 26 at 8:00 am. Meet near the ball fields at Chaparral Park on the east side of Hayden, south of McDonald. All abilities are welcome. Run, walk or roll one loop for 2.5k or two for a 5k workout. Participants will be asked to complete a liability waiver before their first run which is then kept on file. Refreshments will be available to help you stay fueled and hydrated. Can't make the January run? Save the date for February 2 & 16 for the next runs! Click here to download the flyer. Contact Brian Cannon at bcannon@stpatcc.org for more information or with any questions.
Alpha - Got questions? We have a place for you to bring them. Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each session includes food, message, and conversation around life’s big questions. Our next sessions begin February 6 or 7. It will be offered Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm or Thursday mornings at 10:00 am. Contact Brian Cannon at bcannon@stpatcc.org or Jill Bagshaw at jbagshaw@stpatcc.org for more information. Click here to download the flyer and you can click here to register now!
GIVING, PRAYING & SERVING: Exciting things are happening here! - Engineers were out taking soil samples in the dirt lot and water retention area for the future underground water retention. Plans are moving forward for Spring 2019 Phase 1 work to begin. We will keep you abreast every step of the way!
Matthew 25 Project: Answering the Call to Welcome the Stranger - Fr. Eric and the staff have collected various resources and built one web page where you can find it all. This web page is a quick reference resource stop to help everyone reflect on Church teachings, scripture, and quotes regarding the issue of migration and how the Church is called to respond. Click here to visit the webpage.

Civic Academy - Thank you to everyone who attended our Civic Academy on migration yesterday. Around 400 people gathered to hear stories, learn, and share. It was an important step for our community as we all discover ways we can answer the call to welcome the stranger. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to put the evening on. Click here to visit the Matthew 25 Project website for all the resources shared at the academy.
BEATITUDES PODCAST: Episode 4 - On Christmas, we released the fourth episode of our Beatitudes Podcast. Have you had a chance to listen yet? John Konicek and guests break open the fourth Beatitude, "Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied." Use the player below to listen to this latest episode.
