Disposal of Leaves

While cleaning up those never ending dropping leaves - just a Reminder – please Do Not rake leaves and acorns down the gutters. They end up in our ponds and cause algae growth. Leaves should be raked up and bagged for Thursday yard waste pickup.

Are your Sidewalks lifting?

Gated Communities to get on the list for the next round of repairs. Please email for repairs. Melissa Wood HERE. Non-gated Communities need to reach out to the City of Tampa.

All changes to the exterior of your property requires permission from Architectural Control Committee (CDD). ACC Application forms are on our webpage west-meadows.org or download HERE.

Street Pot Holes

Yes, we are addressing pot holes throughout the gated communities. Please report all street repairs to Melissa Wood HERE. Thanks for your help!

Street Light Outage

We need your help by reporting all street light outages to TECO. It’s easy – just go online to TampaElectric.com, click Menu then Report a Streetlight out. It only takes a few minutes and it will help keep our streets and neighborhoods safe.

Clubhouse News

New Clubhouse Windows

Finally getting new windows at the Clubhouse. The clubhouse windows are in bad shape and the CDD Board approved there replacement. Work to start sometime in February. Clubhouse will be open during this project.

Humane Society Donations

Our Humane Society is still in desperate need of newspapers – in lieu of recycling your papers bring them to the Clubhouse. We have a container in front of the office for your donations. We are also collecting food, towels, treats. Please help!
