Message of the Provincial
By Fr. Tim Zak, SDB
I wish you all had a very grace-filled celebration of the Baptism of the Lord.  That day reminded us how close Jesus is to each of us, sharing our humanity and offering us the gift of his divine life!
Some information:
Fr. Tim Ploch will be with us in just over two weeks.
Bro. Rafael Vargas has arrived at CRESCO, Guatemala for the specific formation for the Salesian brother.
The Salesian Family Days on the Strenna finished last Sunday.  You can find the conferences in English at www.donboscosalesianportal.org . Together with the commentary on the strenna, there's plenty of material to reflect on for several conferences or days of recollection.
The final document for the Synod on young people, faith and vocational discernment is finally available in English at www.synod2018.va .  We remember how the Rector Major called this synod a "kairos" moment, a great time for us Salesians to share the charism of Don Bosco with the Church and the world.

God Bless you all.
