Time...
There Is Never Enough

<<First Name>>,

Happy 2019!  As we begin the new year, it is always good to reflect on where we have come from and where we would like to go.
I think back on all the people we were able to help in 2018 and would like to say thank you.  Thank you for allowing us to help you, your friends, your colleagues, your neighbors, your family.  We sincerely appreciate you and will continue to do the best we can for you and your referrals.

We know how valuable time is and want you to spend more time with your family and friends.
Every day, I have the privilege of watching my son grow and mature.  He is a true blessing in our lives.  Benjamin is now 6 1/2 years old.  He loves Legos (building almost anything), soccer, skiing, baseball, playing board games, go fish and, of course, nerf battles with his Dad.
My wish for you in 2019 is to continue enjoying every precious moment you have as we do not get second chances.
I wish you good health, happiness and success today and everyday.

We look forward to continuing to serve you and thank you for all you have done for us.

Elizabeth's Corner

My wife, Elizabeth, is a Mom, an amazing wife and an incredible chef. She trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She shares a helpful tip below.

With keeping up with Aaron's plan of spending more time with the family, we have a very simple solution and a great family cooking idea for you.
Make your own Pizzas!  Trader Joes and other grocery stores now have pre-made pizza dough in the refrigerated section.  It is so simple to pick up a couple of bags of pre-made dough along with the toppings for your pizza.  And it is a great way to spend time with your family, making pizza.

Ingredients:

Pizza dough
Pizza sauce or a jar of spaghetti sauce (spaghetti sauce has a little more moisture in it with chunks of vegetables)
Shredded low moisture Mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings
Flour

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees and follow directions on the bag of dough for best results.
  2. Remove pizza dough from bag for about 30 minutes to allow it to rise.
  3. Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface before rolling or spreading dough to avoid it sticking to the surface.
  4. Use a non-stick sheet pan and sprinkle some flour on it before laying out your dough.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce smoothly and evenly almost to the edge of the dough
  6. Add the shredded cheese to cover the sauce.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
  8. Bake for 8-10 min or follow the directions on the bag of dough.
  9. Remove, slice and Bon Appetite!
WARNING:  Remember the sauce is really hot under the cheese.  Give it a few minutes to cool before taking a big bite of your homemade pizza to avoid burning the inside of your mouth.

Enjoy!
