Hey everybody, let's put on a podcast!
This week, your correspondent spent a wonderfully creative morning with the digital marketing team from DDB Edmonton, under the direction of the formidable Kate Leadbeater.

Our task was to conceive, record and edit a pilot episode for a podcast in about three hours. They came up with an idea and an approach, then they split into three groups to work on different aspects simultaneously, reconvening when necessary to make sure everyone was on the same page.
The main goal was to work together to make something cool. Mission accomplished! I'll leave it to them to decide whether to share it, but the end product was impressive, and it was so fun to watch talented people apply their skills toward a common goal.
Infinite thanks to Lisa Pruden of the Edmonton Community Foundation for all of her help to make this workshop possible.
Does making a podcast together sound like a fun team-building exercise for your organization? Let's talk.
