2019 Jax housing market to grow slowly Residential real estate experts say that Northeast Florida will continue seeing strong market activity in 2019.
However, there's a chance that 2019 won't see the same hot streak that the market experienced this summer, when homes were selling in an average of 60 days and the median sales price was at $235,000. Will Jacksonville experience as big of a drop as other markets?

Homeowners are thinking twice about remodeling After several years of booming business, home remodeling growth is expected to shrink this year.
Demand is slowing because home values aren’t gaining as much, mortgage interest rates are rising and fewer homes are selling. Both buying and selling are top drivers of home renovations.

The Donna Marathon Weekend Saturday, February 9, 2019 - 7:30am to Sunday, February 10, 2019 - 4:00pm
Celebrating its 12th year, the races will have new routes. The 5K will begin in Neptune Beach and wind through a small portion of Jacksonville Beach. The half and full Marathon will start at Atlantic Beach, through Neptune and Jacksonville Beach to Ponte Vedra Beach and back to Neptune Beach.

Seawalk Music Festival Saturday, February 23, 2019 - 12:00pm to Sunday, February 24, 2019 - 7:00pm at the Seawalk Pavillion
