Annual General Meeting - message from the PEC
At least one parent is expected to attend the Annual General Meeting this Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at 7:00pm. in order to get information on the financial state of the school, as well as on-going projects and programs. Re-registration packages will also be distributed. Student's re-registration packages will only be distributed to the parent(s) of the children. If your work schedule prohibits you from attending the AGM you need to come to the office on either Wed. February 6th or Thurs. February 7th between the hours of 3:15-4:00pm. Packages will not be handed out prior to the AGM or outside of these times. This alternate pick up time is only provided for people who cannot attend, please take the time to attend this short meeting from 7:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 5th, 2019. We appreciate your support

Please join us for our school Mass tomorrow at 9:15, the grade 4 class will be reading and helping.
Please make sure that your child has their full uniform at school, including their school sweater.

Choir Practice
School choir practice is tomorrow (Fri.) at 8:00am, and will take place every Friday morning at 8:00am until the May choral concert at Centennial Theatre. If you missed last week and still wish to join, please show up and see Mrs. O'Flynn for a permission form.
Mass choir practices have been moved to Thursdays at 12:00

There was an error in the calendar regarding Student led Conferences and Student Reports. The dates have been corrected, in the calendar.

A very big THANK YOU to the Holy Trinity Community for attending our annual Bingo Night. It was a wonderful opportunity to share a fun evening with family and friends. We would also like to extend a very special thank you to all families who graciously donated prizes for the evening.
Events such as this are made possible by the amazing community we have at Holy Trinity. Your involvement in volunteering, donating, organizing and attending these events are key to the successes.

Spring Card Project
In the next couple of weeks, every child will receive a free, premium-quality greeting card featuring their masterpiece! This card is yours to keep.
You will have the opportunity to order more cards by February 24. The Card Project also offers sketchbooks, lined journals, art prints, canvasses and digital files. These items are personalized with your child’s art.
You can get more information about these products at www.thecardproject.ca (click on ‘Products’). You will also be available to view sample cards, sketchbooks, and journals in the school foyer.

Mark your calendars for our annual Holy Trinity Golf Tournament on Thursday June 13th at Gleneagles Golf course. This executive course is in West Vancouver. Stay tuned for more information!
