Team opportunities
Need a new goal for 2019? Why not apply to be on a Central Region team?

There are a number of opportunities for Senior, Para and Youth riders to train and qualify to be selected to represent their region in a team. It's a great way to meet other Central region riders, experience team competition, make friends for life and have the best time ever!

2019 Dates
Teams are made up of four riders and the make up of levels is different for each competition. For each competition we can take from 3 - 6 teams so there are lots of opportunities.

Join our teams
In order to be eligible to apply you need to have participated in three regional training events and have four scores at the level you are applying within the last 12 months before the application date. Have a look at our Regional training opportunities here. 
Don't forget Flexi Training sessions can also be used.

Senior teams
Gemma Dainty is our Chef D'quipe for our Senior Teams. Hear what she had to share...

Our first senior team competition for 2019 is the Senior Inter-Regionals, which is coming up in May. The Inter-Regionals is a two-day competition for riders competing at Prelim through to Medium level and is held at Keysoe Equestrian. We encourage everyone to apply, especially if you're competing at prelim and novice level! Team events are also a great way to prepare you and your horse for staying away at shows, with the benefit of support on hand from your teammates.

BD Youth teams
‘BD Youth gives young riders access to affordable training tailored to make them the best rider they can be. They don’t need to be a ‘’dressage’’ rider, nor have a fancy pony, they just need to want to learn and improve, whilst having fun and making new friends and being part of our teams is a perfect way to do so! Sponsorship
We are also looking for fund raising ideas and Sponsors to support our team riders this year, please email Gemma Dainty if you have any ideas or if you're keen to get involved! We love a good bake off, pub quiz etc or any other ideas welcome. Please let us know if your business would like to sponsor an event, it doesn't need to be a huge contribution but a donation towards even the small things like rosettes would be greatly appreciated!
