As we step foot into the month of hearts and hugs, let's take a step back and consider the true value of this adorable season: connection. We are here to support and help one another, nature, and ourselves. With that in mind, Valentine's Day sparks a sense of compassion that we can act out through kind gestures and taking a moment to look around and see what's right in front of us.

Shamanic Dance & Cacao Ceremony

This luscious ceremony will open with a Cacao Ceremony along with a guided meditation sound bath, which will lead us on a journey meant to connect us with our intention or guide. With our open hearts, we can move into an upbeat Shamanic Movement experience that will strengthen our connection to Spirit!
