Malayao, 49, was aboard a Victory Liner bus bound for Isabela when the bus made a stop in Aritao town in Nueva Vizcaya past 2 am on Wednesday, according to the spot report of the Nueva Vizcaya police.

11 senators sign report lowering age of criminal liability to 12
Eleven senators have signed a joint panel report seeking to lower the minimum age of criminal responsibility (MACR) from 15 years old to 12 years old. The proposal was contained in a 13-page report prepared by three committees— justice and human rights chaired by Senator Richard Gordon; women, children, family relations and gender equality; and finance.

Strong resistance from lawmakers and children's rights groups alike did not stop the majority of the House of Representatives from passing the bill that would lower the minimum age of criminal responsibility from 15 years old to 12 years old.
