Since my last edition, I have been meeting constituents on street surgeries all around the constituency and I have been doing my part in Westminster to represent Harrow East.

Here are a few of the events and engagements I have taken part in recently:
'Topping Out' of the Landsby
I had the honour of taking part in the Topping Out ceremony at the newly completed Landsby building which was completed by Elysian Residences.
Anmer Lodge Site Dumping
I joined Sergeant Rob Bolton at Anmer Lodge after devastating illegal dumping by travellers who left the site the day before court action was taken to evict them but not before they left this scene of carnage.

Thank you to those constituents that made me aware of this issue.

Shaw Trust
I visited Shaw Trust's West London Work and Health Hub to see the fantastic work they are doing to help people gain an education, enter work, develop their career, improve their wellbeing or rebuild their lives.
Harrow Central Mosque

I joined friends at Harrow Central Mosque as part of 'Visit My Mosque' day.

This is the fifth year of the annual event and now over 200 mosques take part up and down the United Kingdom.
Stanmore Synagogue SAFIRE Group
I was delighted to meet and speak with the SAFIRE group of senior citizens at Stanmore and Canons Park Synagogue. We discussed a range of local and national topics.
Policing
I joined the new Tri-Borough Commander and the Policing Minister Nick Hurd to talk about crime across Harrow and what officers will be doing in reaction to violent crimes and burglaries in the area.
Harrow Citizens Mental Health Directory
I recently met with an Action Team from Harrow Citizens who have compiled a directory for those in need of Mental Health support or advice, particularly young people who are increasingly affected by mental health.

The directory can be found here.
