Meet Nema - The Little Robot Who Discovers The Magic Of Music
We are so excited to launch our first kickstarter project - Nema's Notes! This colorful story is about a little robot, Nema, who discovers the magic of music. Join her on this bright adventure as she swings and sings along with several instruments.
Kids won't be able to resist schwee schwoo schwahh schwooping along with Nema as she sings with the saxophone or puh-pum puh-pumming along with the drum. The book is a wild ride of rhythm, rhyme, and repetition that makes for a fun experience for kids and adults to share together. If successful the book will be richly illustrated and full of whimsical words that beg to be read aloud.
We are working with a printing press to get the production setup but we need your help to make this book a reality! So if you know any children who like robots, music, or just like making silly sounds, please back our project or share it with someone who would like it!

RELAX IN THE RESOLUTE CHAIR
CONCEPTUAL COMFORT BECOMES A RECLINED REALITY
Have you ever sat in a 3D printed chair? We do. Everyday. Our Resolute Chair balances form, function, and fabrication into one unique piece of furniture.
This chair is the product of our mission to create our own large format 3D printer, called the Budmen Builder. This was a 5 year pursuit to design and build a 3D printer that could reliably print functional and full sized furniture. After dozens of prototypes, thousands of hours tinkering with electronics, and years in the making, the Budmen Builder finally has met our unwavering standards. And what did we choose to print first? Every designer’s dream: their own chair.
This juggernaut of a 3D print took 93 hours to print from start to finish and dozens of hours of hand finishing to emphasize the smooth shapes and clean curves.
The end result is a truly a product only made possible through the creative collaboration of robots and humans. Please visit the project page to learn more about the design and fabrication process of the Resolute Chair!
