Art in the renovated East Rec. Center

The renovations of the East Rec. Center are nearing completion, and the committee overseeing them would like to display art work by Oakmont residents.

The OAA is seeking member artists and photographers willing to donate their work as part of this process.  The committee has a small budget for printing and plans to make at least one large canvas for the large walls, and some smaller prints .

The deadline to submit works is February 5th, and then a three person non artist panel of jurors will select pieces to include in what will be a permanent display of Oakmont artist's work.

If you have work you would like considered for the display, before February 5th, email a photo of it with a title, size, and whether you would donate the original work, a print of it, or allow the committee to make a copy print of it, to docsevo@me.com

The committee is actively seeking donations of money from any Oakmont residents who would like to contribute to making this permanent art display an outstanding exhibit.  If you would contribute, contact David Dearden dearden6644@gmail.com
