Use of HOPWA Grant Funds for Participation in the 2019 National Conference on Social Work and HIV/AIDS

The 2019 National Conference on Social Work and HIV/AIDS (NCSWH) will take place May 22-25, 2019, in Washington, DC.

HUD issued a memorandum providing guidance to recipients of Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) formula and competitive grants on the use of HOPWA grant funds to pay for the cost of grantee and project sponsor staff attending this conference.
