We will be partnering with Walkerton Parks to offer a 4-week session of Barre Basics and Barre Bootcamp Express. We will meet on Thursday evenings throughout the month of February at the Walkerton Youth Building. Barre Basics is a great introduction to barre; low impact, total body toning. Barre Bootcamp Express combines cardio with strength training to burn calories and build muscle. All fitness levels are welcome. Get ready for challenge and lots of fun!
