Feeling stressed, stiff or in pain?

Yoga can help - here’s how:

Repeating the same movements daily can cause tension in our body leading to pain.  Even if that repeated pattern is just sitting, we often stoop forward curling our shoulders or slouch on a sofa putting tension on our lower back.  Yoga helps to address imbalances and relax our areas of tension.
In our classes we connect with our breath which strengthens our mind and body connection.  We also incorporate meditation to bring mental calmness and peace to our busy minds.

Yoga is suitable for everyone as our classes use props such as chairs and bolsters.  So that means you can take thing at your own pace without any expectations of be able to do anything before you come.

Try our Monday morning class which is mixed ability at 9.30am to 10.30am, followed by an extra 15 minutes mediation. BOOK HERE

If you are a complete beginners and would benefit from a slower pace, drop us an email as we will add you to the waiting list for our soon to launch 11am beginners class 
Hannah Carr is our Yoga teacher and nutritionist available for private appointments to heal your own health naturally.  Also available are group sessions for Women need more energy and less stress.
