💘 Love Yo-Self, Mama💘

Welcome to the month of love! If you've been a GIT Mom for years or you're just becoming one you know we believe a family's success is based on mom loving herself first and foremost every. damn. month - not just this month. If you don't love yourself it's going to be super hard to share happiness and love toward your baby at 2a.m., your toddler hurling herself on the floor at Target and your partner hiding in the poopatorium for an hour ignoring your pleas for help. When I meet a new mom and family struggling with family life we create a mantra together to get through the less than stellar moments in parenting... so for the month of love let's make it:

FebYOUary

Put the YOU in February and you'll get a whole lot of love in return from your family, friends and even strangers. If you don't, F It, because you'll be so damn happy where you are in life, others' rudeness and self-involvement won't touch your personal love bubble.

Go get it guuurrrrrrl.
