Annual General Meeting
Sunday, February 10th at 7:00 PM

The Elders are excited to invite everyone to this year's Annual Meeting. This is more than a business meeting. It's a great way to be in the know of all that God is doing here at Greenbelt.

As a member, you will be affirming our leadership teams (elders and deacons) and voting on the 2019 budget. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate, but only members may vote.

Not a member of Greenbelt? There is still time to become one before the meeting. Simply email Pastor Kevin (kevin@greenbelt.church) to start the process.

Please find attached this year's Annual Report. Any questions before the meeting can be sent to office@greenbelt.church and will be directed to the appropriate leader.

Blessings,
The Elders Team

This coming February, Fusion Youth is heading out for our annual winter retreat! This is our most popular weekend getaway and it's always a fabulous time filled with fun winter activities and meaningful spiritual instruction. But getting away has costs associated with it and for some families this is a challenge.

As a way to remove barriers for these families, we are asking members of our congregations to help by sponsoring students so they can attend the retreat. If you are in a position to give, the cost to send one student for the weekend is $150. Even if you cannot provide the full amount, a partial donation would be helpful also. Please contact jen@fusionyouth.ca if you are interested in helping in this way.

Thank you for supporting our youth!

Fusion Youth exists to encourage, equip, and engage junior and senior high students in life, faith and community. Come and find your place with us!

We meet on Wednesday evenings through the school year.  For more info or to get connected, contact the youth director, Jen Outhouse at jen@fusionyouth.ca or by calling 613-293-0639.

Fusion also needs the support of our church family! If you wish to volunteer as a mentor, provide a snack for our students one night, or to sponsor a student for upcoming retreats and conferences, please contact the youth director.
