The Regional Task Force on the Homeless (RTFH) is excited to announce the release of the competitive RFP for Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) funding authorized by SB 850. This one-time funding is intended to provide immediate emergency assistance to people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness in San Diego County.
RTFH is seeking applications from agencies interested in providing critical services to and that support movement toward and access to housing for people experiencing homelessness. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to any legally constituted entities that meet the minimum eligibility requirements.
All interested parties must submit a complete application packet in ZoomGrants™. A “ZoomGrants™ How To Guide”, a copy of the HEAP RFP Guidelines and access to the RTFH Application Portal within ZoomGrants™ can be found on the RTFH website at: https://www.rtfhsd.org/heap/
