WELSH LAMB DEMO CLASS
15 FEB, 6.30PM
Welsh lamb is recognised worldwide for its tender, sweet, succulent and truly distinctive flavour, and in this demo class in collaboration with Sasha's Fine Foods, we will be showcasing their Welsh lamb in a menu of 2 dishes - a braised lamb shoulder, as well as seared lamb bone-in cutlets.
All participants will get a chance to try the 2 dishes and learn techniques to recreate the delicious dishes!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! HANDS ON PIZZA CLASS
1 MARCH 11AM
An interactive hands-on class where participants will team up to make their very own pizza creation while creating the dough/base from scratch. Participants will be taught the various techniques and to understand the use of proper equipments which can be impart into home kitchen settings At the end of the class, the participant will all sit down for a meal of the freshly baked piping hot pizza that they have made!
