Attendee Early Rate Deadline Extended to Friday, February 1

Similar to the Charleston show, our one flat registration fee is reinvested into multiple meals and catering functions over the course of the trade show (11:00 AM Tuesday through Noon Thursday) – including breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon receptions.  Aside from the typical business value offered by the exhibits and conference program, these receptions and meals are designed to be added networking opportunities for all attendees. 

Our event's partnership with the specialty chemical trade association, SOCMA, will provide an additional networking event on Monday evening, as well as a keynote breakfast Tuesday morning (see 3rd section below).

The exhibit floor plan for Specialty & Custom Chemicals America currently features 224 exhibiting companies. Our 'networking-friendly' hotel ballroom layout is very conducive for showcasing your company's unique offerings to the specialty and industrial chemical market. The main directory has gone to print but companies registered by Monday, Jan. 28 can be included in the addendum.

'Cowboys & Chemicals' Monday Networking Event

Specialty & Custom Chemicals America is partnering with the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA) to offer the Cowboys & Chemicals event, a new networking component being added on Monday evening before the trade show opens. The River Ranch venue, located in Fort Worth's Stockyards National Historic District, promises to provide exceptional value for attendees. Kick start your networking with a relaxed and casual, true Texas-style evening before the show gets under way.

The Cowboys & Chemicals event can be added as an a’ la carte option to your regular trade show registration. The Monday evening badge will also include attendance to the breakfast program featuring Texas State Senator Kelly Hancock and the Capital and Future Investments industry panel on Tuesday morning (see pricing options above and program info below).

Exhibitor Showcases (sold out) & Conference Presentations

Similar to Charleston, the exhibitor showcase program (link to schedule below) will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 12.  On Wednesday and Thursday, we are working with SOCMA to offer three general session presentations that will include:

• "Sustainability Initiatives: How Expectations of a Circular Economy Strain the Chemical Industry"

• "Best Practices in Sourcing Custom & Toll Chemical Manufacturing"

• "Emerging Leaders' Outlook on the Future of Specialties"

Plus, on Tuesday morning, join us for a breakfast program featuring a keynote address from Texas Senator Kelly Hancock and a panel discussion entitled, "Are We Still Bullish About Specialties? A Frank Discussion About Capital and Future Investments". The program is included in your registration for the Monday event (see 1st section above).
