Notes for Conference Attenders
Rexburg, ID - Jan 30-Feb 2

• All-State Check-in will be at Madison High School Wednesday afternoon. When dropping off on Wednesday at Madison High School, be sure to follow the directions that were sent out earlier by email. See the IMEA website if you have questions.Sectionals for Band, String Orchestra, Mixed and Treble Choirs will be at MHS. The Jazz Groups will meet at the 4^th Ward Meetinghouse across from the BYU-Idaho Snow Performing Arts Building after checkin at MHS. 
• Conference Registration will be open Wednesday from 6:15-7 PM at the BYU-I Snow Building for those who pre-registered.
• Parking at night and on the weekend is free just about anywhere on campus. However…. During the Conference on Thursday and Friday, Conference participants need to park at the First Stake Center parking lot on 7^th South, west of the LDS Temple. Twelve-passenger shuttle buses will run to the Snow Building from 7 to 9AM and 4:30-6:30PM. Park anywhere on Saturday!
• Reading Sessions for Strings, Band, Choir, and General Music start at 7 PM at Snow Building – Bring your instruments/voices.
• On-site Registration will start at 7:30 AM on Thursday morning. Those who Pre-Registered may pick up your materials starting at 7:30 AM.
• Exhibits will have a “soft” opening at 8 AM and will be fully open after the opening session.
• The opening Session is at 9 AM.
