Customisable alerts can be used in conjunction with this sensor i.e. low tank level (20%). See an example site here or contact us for more information.
Meet The Team - Tech Support
"I’m originally from Wellington and I started working in the IT industry in 1998 when I worked on a computer helpdesk. After a few years of travel and living in the UK, I returned to NZ in 2004 and studied towards a Bachelor of IT.

In my IT roles I've worked alongside a number of industries including Banking, Electricity, Parliamentary Services, Direct Marketing and the Fishing industry. I’ve lived in Masterton since 2013 and have worked in the Tech Support team at Harvest since 2016.

It’s been great to work with all the different industries that Harvest supports and to learn about the many varied applications of Harvest’s gear. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, looking after my veggie garden, listening to podcasts, going for walks in the bush, doing some yoga, reading and watching medical dramas." - Lisa
Paengaroa Weather Station
Due to customer requests we have put a new weather station at the Paengaroa radio tower to replace the one that had been running for more than nine years. We are recording temperatures near the ground as well as at 15m and 25m. We wish to thank Kordia for their free assistance in getting this back up and running.
Web App
Your data can be accessed and viewed on a Harvest Web App. The Web Apps are customized on a per site basis, showing only the information you designate. See examples on your smartphone at app.harvest.com or contact us if you are interested in your own. A one off setup fee applies with no additional ongoing cost.

"We put in 4 soil moisture and temp probes last year and pretty much paid for them with one decision.  We are used to it getting dry in October but the probes told me it was quite a bit drier than normal and getting worse fast.  We brought forward our planned store lamb sales by 2 weeks and this allowed us to generate a good return for these lambs.  Two weeks later and they would've been worth $30 grand less.  The original cost of the probes was repaid many times over!"
