Dena Marger
Dena says:"I love the idea that the Time Trade provides an alternative economic system to the one which is currently killing us and our planet! I love how it builds community. I love how it provides for people who might otherwise not be able to afford important services. I am excited to serve as a board member to help all this continue to happen.  Presently, I am helping with grant writing for the Time Trade and with editing this newsletter!

Katherine Barratt
Katherine has been a member of the Time Trade for 9 years. She is attracted to the concept of alternative currency and a chance to broaden her "community." She says: "I have served a 3 year term on the Board of Directors that ended last spring.  My enthusiasm to be on the current Board is my desire to work as a team without the need of a paid coordinator, focusing on the membership."

Nominations: Membership may nominate board members for election at the Annual Meeting or before. The following have already been nominated:

Our Mission
Brattleboro Time Trade provides a forum to facilitate the exchange of goods and services for the benefit of the community. It creates a system that connects unmet needs with untapped resources. By promoting the skills and knowledge of each member and enabling reciprocity, the organization empowers each of us to share our wealth of experience with others, thereby enriching the local economy.
