How's your 2019 going so far? We're heading into February with new fitness programs, special discounts, and a new drop-in basketball program that's free for our members!

Our guest services staff would like to remind you all to please wipe down the machines and equipment you use once you're done your workout. This helps us keep our gym clean and tidy.

We'll be on TSN 1290 this Friday morning at 6:45 a.m. talking about sticking to your New Year's resolutions - tune in if you're an early riser!

We offer fitness programs you won't find anywhere else! Our six and eight-week programs are open to the public, have smaller class sizes allowing for more one-on-one work with our instructors, and give you the opportunity to learn and perfect new techniques.

Exercise for Beginners
February 4 - April 1, 2019

Are you new to exercise or unsure of how to navigate a gym setting? The 8-week program is perfect to help get you started! Every week you will work with one of our Personal Trainers in a supervised setting to set and reach your own fitness goals.

Powerlifting
February 24 - March 31

Learn proper technique and base strength with the three-pillar lifts in Powerlifting: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Throughout this 6-week program, we will break down each lift and get lots of practice. You will come away with a great understanding of proper positions for your movement and goals. After completion of this program, you are invited to join our Barbell Strength Club to continue your learning and strength training.

Try 10 group fitness, spin, or yoga classes of your choice  - at a discount! For the month of February, members can purchase this pass for only $69 (regular $80) and non-members can buy for $99 (regular $120) Save big on classes now until the end of February! Planning your workouts for the next couple weeks? Bring a loved one in for a free facility drop-in on February 14 so you can both stay fit this month! Just give our guest services staff the heads up when you sign in that your partner is working out with you that day.

Drop-In Basketball

Free for Members this February


Sport Manitoba, in partnership with Basketball Manitoba, is pleased to offer our Fitness Centre members the opportunity to be part of the new "SunUp Basketball" drop-in program inside our gymnasium. Your Fitness Centre membership will get you into the program at no extra cost! 

Play on an international regulation size hardwood basketball court with 6 hoops! Basketballs will be provided and you will have access to use one of the "Dr. Dish Basketball Shooting Machines" to work on your game.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Now until February 28, 2019
