Guide available for sexual misconduct posting
A subcommittee that includes representatives from several districts as well as attorneys developed guidance on sexual misconduct reporting.
Following questions that arose last spring about how and when districts should report sexual misconduct of students, the guidance was designed to help districts meet the intent of the law that requires incidents be reported and posted on CDE's website.
The guidance can be found on the School Discipline and Attendance webpage under the Additional Resources section.
