A quick reminder can you please take a backup of your Sentinel software to ensure that we have an up to date copy of your Sentinel data, it only takes a moment to:
Backup the database in your Sentinel Software (instructions available herenote: if you need to check the instructions you need to login to the Sentinel Helpdesk, the username is your facility email address, and you can use the "Forgot your password" feature to create a new password if you aren't sure what it is)
As a Sentinel Platinum support client you enjoy unlimited use of the Sentinel Cloud and we recommend taking a backup at least once a month.
Remember if we don't have a current backup:
It can take significantly longer to recover your access control in the event of a PC failure
Some of your 'access log' data may never be recoverable (up to the point of your last backup)

A FURTHER NOTE TO THOSE THAT USE WINSEN PROPERTY MANAGER AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE:
Your "Daily Close" backups don't include your Sentinel access control data so you should still complete this process once a month. You are welcome to upload your daily "Winsen001.zip" backup files to the Sentinel Cloud at http://helpme.storagesecurity.com.au/backup as well for additional peace of mind.
