Shari needs help with the staff luncheon!

Hoping your kids are having fun in the snow and that the weather will cooperate for the Staff Appreciation Luncheon coming up this Thursday Feb 14th. A reminder that I am still in need of your help with food (4 dishes), clean-up (4 volunteers) and draw prizes (as many as possible). Many thanks to those who have already signed up - your support is truly appreciated!

Food can be dropped off in the staff lunchroom by 11 am on the 14th. Draw prizes can be dropped off in the office on Feb 13th.

Missed the January PAC Information Session?

Minutes of the January PAC Meeting are now online on the EMJS PAC website: https://emjs.hotlunches.net/admin/view-doc.php?dnum=9622

Please note that the mayor visit has been moved to Feb 27 instead of Feb 13. Our health topics evening is still scheduled as planned for March 12th. Childcare (3+) will be available both evenings. Please email your questions to us if you can't make it either of those nights.

Our next PAC meeting will be very brief, tacked on to the end of the mayor visit Feb 27th. There will be no meeting on Thursday Feb 28th.

Correction
On behalf of Beacon Hill Baseball and Softball Association:
Some families may have received incorrect information that Beacon Hill spring baseball and softball registration ended on Feb 3. In fact, online registration continues until the season opens April 7. February 3 was just the last day of in-person registration.
