Hello Everyone,
The Point Monday Night Floor Hockey is CANCELLED tonight (Monday February 11) due to snow.
It is snowing quite heavily on Burnaby Mountain right now. The roads are starting to become covered and there is no sign of it letting up.
In the interest of safety, I feel it is best for everyone to stay home.
There will be no hockey next week either as it is Family Day but we will be back on Monday February 25th.
I hope to see you all There!

Time and Location
Monday Night Floor Hockey is held from 7:00-9:00 pm on Monday Nights at University Highlands Elementary School Gym on Burnaby Mountain (9388 Tower Rd, Burnaby, BC). |

Fees and Equipment
The drop-in fee is $2. Non-marking shoes and sticks with plastic or composite blades are required. If you do not have an appropriate stick we have some you can borrow. |

Support
Monday Night Floor Hockey is an event sponsored by The Point Community Church to promote community on Burnaby Mountain. It is designed to be accessible to everyone and as such the $2 drop-in fees do not cover the gym rental fees. Some have asked how they could further support this initiative, so if you would like to do so, feel free to donate to Kyle on Mondays or you can give anonymously here by selecting The Point fund from the drop down menu and allocating the funds with a note reading "For The Point Hockey". |
