AGREMENT DE GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE ET DE DIGITAL HUB

Le vendredi 28 décembre 2018 a eu lieu à la Salle Grand- Bassam du VITIB la cérémonie de remise d’agrément des entreprises suivantes :

GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE
DIGITAL HUB (Pépinière)

La première, candidate à l’agrément d’entreprise (Société Agréée VITIB) et la deuxième, candidate à l’agrément pépinière (VITIB Pépinière).
En effet, GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE est une S.A spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de baies d’énergie, d’armoires télécom et de bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques.
Le cœur de son métier lui a donc valu l’agrément délivré par le VITIB, lui permettant désormais d’exercer sur la Zone Franche de la Biotechnologie, des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (ZBTIC) et de bénéficier ainsi des avantages fiscaux et douaniers offerts par le VITIB.
GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE entend démarrer ses travaux d’implantation dès le premier trimestre 2019 sur un espace terrain de 5 000m² pour la construction de de bureaux, entrepôt et usine, magasins et laboratoires et occuper un espace à bureau de 170 m².
Par ailleurs, GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE articulera son activité dans l’importation, la distribution, l’assemblage de produits électriques et télécom.
Quant à DIGITAL HUB, dont la Présidente Mme Patricia Zoundi YAO, est une structure exerçant dans le domaine de la Finance Technologie qui compte bien s’implanter dans la Pépinière du VITIB (PME).
VITIB pépinière qui est, en effet, un environnement qui se veut attractif -- grâce à des coûts d’hébergement et d’accompagnement étudiés, à la proximité des services professionnels -- et propice au développement accéléré des entreprises afin de leur permettre d’atteindre leur objectif d’agrément en Zone franche.
L’objectif du VITIB étant, bien évidemment, de faire de la ZBTIC un réel pôle d’expertise et de compétitivité dans le domaine des technologies.
Et la Présidente ZOUNDI de s’exprimer sa joie en ces termes : « Heureuse coïncidence, je reçois mon agrément au même titre qu'une grande entreprise, filiale du Groupe Kaydan du Président Alain Kouadio. Un mentor qui m'a toujours soutenu à mes débuts. Je me rappelle que personnellement il s'est impliqué pour me permettre d'effectuer mon voyage à la Silicon Valley à la rencontre du Président Barack Obama. C'est l'occasion pour moi de remercier le VITIB et son Directeur Général pour l'opportunité du programme pépinière.

Selon le Directeur Général du VITIB, Dr Philippe PANGO : « Ces deux nouvelles arrivées, vont créer plus de 2 500 emplois à la Zone Franche de Grand- Bassam »

ACCREDITATION FOR GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE and DIGITAL HUB

On Friday, December 28, 2018, VITIB Grand-Bassam Hall held the ceremony of handing over the following companies: EUROPHAN-AFRICA GROLLEAU and DIGITAL HUB.

The first is a candidate for a company license (accredited company) and the second is a candidate for nursery certification (VITIB Pépinière).

Indeed, GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE is a S.A specialized in design and manufacture of energy racks, telecom cabinets and charging stations for electric vehicles.
The heart of its business has earned it the accreditation issued by VITIB, allowing it to now exercise in the Free Trade Zone of Biotechnology, Information and Communication Technologies (ZBTIC) and thus enjoy the benefits taxes and customs offered by VITIB.

GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE intends to start its implementation work in the first quarter of 2019 on an area of 5,000m2 for the construction of offices, warehouse and factory, shops and laboratories and occupy an office space of 170 m².

In addition, GROLLEAU EUROPHANE-AFRIQUE will be active in the import, distribution and assembly of electrical and telecom products.

As for DIGITAL HUB who’s President Mrs. Patricia Zoundi YAO, is a structure operating in Finance Technology sector which intends to establish itself in the nursery of the VITIB (SMEs)

VITIB is a nursery that is indeed an environment that wants to be attractive - thanks to the costs of accommodation and support studied, proximity to professional services - and conducive to the accelerated development of companies to enable them to achieve their objective of approval in the Free Zone.
The objective of VITIB is, of course, to make the ZBTIC a real center of expertise and competitiveness in the sector of technology.

And Chairman ZOUNDI expresses her joy in these terms: "Happy coincidence, I receive my accreditation in the same way as a large company, subsidiary of the Kaydan Group of President Alain Kouadio. A mentor who has always supported me in my early days. I remember that personally he got involved to allow me to make my trip to Silicon Valley to meet President Barack Obama. This is an opportunity for me to thank the VITIB and its CEO for the opportunity of the nursery program.
